v0: Reformer+ INTRO

You’re new to Pilates and have never taken a Pilates equipment class before or you want a refresher class on what Pilates is all about. Attend our Pilates primer class to find out how it all began and why Pilates is the premier fitness choice for everyone from Olympic athletes to Cirque du Soleil performers. You’ll learn basic Pilates concepts and practice moves on the Reformer and Springboard that’ll prepare you to enter our v1 classes with the vibe of confidence and ease.

 

 

V1: REFORMER+ BEGINNER

You’re familiar with the equipment and still have so much to learn about the Pilates principles and your own body. You’re feeling and seeing results but want to further improve your technique. You want to develop more strength, flexibility and focus before progressing to the next level. You’ll enjoy a safe, dynamic, balanced workout set to upbeat music using a variety of equipment including the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair and small props.

 

 

V2: REFORMER+ MIXED-LEVEL

You’re aware of your body’s strengths and weaknesses and familiar with making modifications and adjustments to suit your needs. Your strength, flexibility and ability to focus and engage specific muscles has evolved. You’ve been practicing Pilates principles and developed considerably more core strength than when you began. You’re ready to challenge yourself with additional movements that require balance and coordination in this mixed-level class.

 

 

v3: Reformer+ Advanced

You’re ready to apply your best form, balance and self-awareness to our most challenging and engaging Pilates repertoire. You’ll build on v2 basics with a fun variety of advanced Pilates movements using the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair and props in a balanced, whole body workout set to popping music.

V2: REFORMER+ TRX

Our TRX suspension & reformer fusion class brings new challenges to your Pilates routine. Created by Navy SEALs, TRX leverages gravity and uses body-weight to deliver a full-body workout. These exercises develop core stability, strength, balance, and flexibility.

 

 

V2: REFORMER+ BARRE

Our barre & reformer fusion class combines high-energy music with elements of dance, yoga, Pilates, and balance training. You'll focus on muscle endurance with high reps doing small, controlled movements. This energetic workout will tone and define your whole body.

 

 

v2: JUMPBOARD

This is fitness fusion Pilates style! Pilates-infused cardio classes with functional, fun and fresh use of the Jumpboard and Springboard for a heart-throbbing, blood-pumping whole body workout with music that’ll make you move! Sweat, laugh and feel the velocity! All levels welcome.

 

 

V2: Reformer+ F.I.T.

Our Pilates and Functional Interval Training fusion class trains your muscles to work together rather than independently by using your core to hold your body. This helps prevent injuries arising from your day-to-day activities so you can stay in the game. You’ll move between sequences every minute, keeping your heart rate up for a metabolic boost. We recommend you have a good grasp on Pilates technique to make this class more effective.

V2: REFORMER+ for Men

Did you know that Joseph Pilates was a cigar smoker, boxer and a gymnast who developed his technique to work for men? Yes... Pilates was created for men. Only later was it embraced by the dance community when Madonna and Opera made it mainstream.

So guys, if you’re ready for a rockin’ workout that’ll hone your body with true strength from the core and more -- this class is for you! Joseph created his work to train boxers and wrestlers and you know what great shape they’re in. With a regular practice you’ll develop the same overall deep strength and flexibility that’s a hallmark of the Pilates Method.

Men only please! All levels welcome.

 

 

V1: STRETCH & RELEASE

A restorative class focused predominantly on stretching and lengthening the major muscle groups (hips, legs, spine and shoulders). This class uses foam roller, Pilates techniques and props to release tired and overused muscles helping to improve range of movement and recovery time from our busy active lives.
