GETTING STARTED

 

STEP 1:  CLICK HERE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

  • If you're a new client you get the following specials:

1) One free v0: Reformer+ Intro class

Book it with the free v0 pass you receive when you create your account.
Campbell: 6:30pm Mondays & 9:30am Saturdays
Sunnyvale: 6:30pm Thursdays & 10:30am Saturdays
Willow Glen: 6:30pm Wednesdays & 10:00am Saturdays

2) Either your First 5 Classes for $59 or 1 Month of Unlimited for $139

You can choose only one when you create your account and, if you're a new client, we'll send you a link shortly after to redeem it!

3) Your First 3 Private Sessions for $180

Let us know you want to get started with one-on-one sessions and we'll get you set-up.

  • If you have a Groupon voucher or gift card to redeem, you must enter it in the form upon signing up and follow additional instructions we'll send by email.
  • Remember to confirm your account with the link in your welcome email.

STEP 2:  SIGN YOUR WAIVER

  • After making an account, review and sign a release waiver. You cannot attend class until this waiver is signed.

STEP 3:  VIEW SCHEDULE & BOOK CLASSES

STEP 4:  ARRIVE EARLY

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class and let your instructor know of your body's kinks, quirks or pain before you begin. Wear comfy form-fitting clothing, leave the short-shorts at home and bring a towel -- you're gonna need it! :)

STEP 5:  WHEN READY, CHOOSE A PLAN OR PASS

  • When you're ready to take it to the next level, choose a class package -- you'll find our prices more competitive than any other Pilates reformer studio in the Bay Area! You can also book private sessions with our trainers to zero in on your goals and make your classes even more effective. Read our FAQ for more answers and if you get stuck, contact us whenever you need any assistance.

What is Pilates?


Pilates is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases endurance in the legsabdominalsarmships, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. It supports correct posture, and teaches us to move with ease and grace. The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
