Meet our new instructors and Interns!!

What began as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion for holistic wellness and living with intention. She's very grateful for the opportunity to be able to integrate Pilates into her everyday life and career. Cat enjoys sharing a positive experience with others involving mindful movement and a deeper connection with their own body. When Cat is not in the studio, you will find her food prepping, thrifting, doing DIY projects and dancing.

Fitness and movement have always been a big part of Sarah's life. She was a student athlete in high school and has been weightlifting for about six years. She originally got into Pilates because she wanted to add something new to her routine, but it ended up completely changing the way she approaches movement. Pilates had given her a much deeper sense of body awareness, not just in workouts like lifting and Pilates, but in everyday life too. That’s what really drew her to teaching. She loves helping others build that same connection with their bodies! Sarah specializes in foundational strength, body awareness, and proper form, with a focus on creating supportive, athletic classes for all levels.

Talk a little bit about what brought you to teach Pilates
I began practicing Pilates in 2021 and quickly fell in love with how it transformed not only my strength and posture, but also my overall well-being. As someone who has danced since childhood and has always enjoyed staying active, Pilates felt like a natural extension of my passion for movement. Becoming an instructor was the next step in sharing that passion and helping others discover the benefits of Pilates, mindful movement, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
What I most enjoy about teaching is...
I love guiding clients through mindful movement and watching their strength, confidence, and body awareness grow over time. Building connections and celebrating clients' progress is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
When I am not in the studio you will find me...
Staying active and spending time outdoors with my husband. I also love going on walks or hikes with my dog, taking dance, fitness and yoga classes, cooking, exploring local cafes, and curling up with a good book.
